Knit and craft designer

I love all textile art. I'm always working on a dozen projects at the same time. I knit, crochet, cross stitch, sew, spin, dye, you name it.

Hand-knits are a true luxury. They are made for measure with quality materials. Well-cared for, they can last for generations.

I often accept commissions, because let's face it, there's only so many shawls, hats, mittens and cardigans one person needs! I can help the client to find the perfect commercial pattern or design everything from scratch.

Here are some examples of work I have done for others. If you are interested in seeing some my personal craft projects, feel free to drop by at my craft blog, Stranded Things!

Previous commissions:

Custom cardigan (2012)

This cardigan was designed in collaboration with the client according to her specifications, and knit from her own stash of alpaca yarn.

Lost glove (2012)

The client had lost a glove with a lot of sentimental value. I was able to match the yarn and replicate the missing one.

Trine (2011)

I designed a pattern and knit several hats for Frozenbyte's best-selling game, Trine. You can find the pattern on Ravelry and make it yourself! Trine hat pattern
